I would like to thank Howard for helping me to reach my goal of getting in shape for my wedding. He listened to what I wanted to achieve in terms of getting in shape and losing weight and put together a programme which not only included cardiovascular work but also weight training. The boxing was especially good.
Each week he pushed me more but within my limits. This was the motivation that I needed to keep me going. Even after an old injury flared up he adjusted the programme as necessary.
The extra encouragement came when people noticed the difference and told me. All his training, along with the healthy eating plan I undertook helped me to get where I wanted to be so a big thank you to him.
