Specifically designed small classes to help you stave away injuries, pains and strains and help you improve at what you already do by
- Improving posture
- Increasing flexibility
- Increasing strength
- Improving balance and co-ordination
- Strengthening and stabilising the core muscles
- Learning more about the importance of all the above
Starting in March classes are £12 each session or £45 for four**
Upper body rehab and posture – Tuesday 1pm
Lower body rehab - Tuesday 6pm

We would like to invite you to the opening of our new Sport Rehabilitation facility on Thursday 16th December 2010. Come and have a chat about your injuries or training concerns, your training goals, or even how your work influences your posture.
It’s been five weeks since I broke my leg and I am now well practised at hopping around on my other good leg. It’s starting to feel disturbingly normal and my left thigh is now two and a half inches bigger than my right due to muscle wastage.
