New Year is the time when most people start thinking about getting fit and improving their health.   So, to celebrate the New Year and fresh start, we’re offering a prize to the person who comes up with the best strap line for achieve more.

The strap line should relevant to all three parts of achieve more: the personal training, the treatments, and the cafe.  It can be inspiring or funny…whatever you want.

What’s the prize?  You can choose from a free personal training session, a free treatment, or a free meal in the cafe.
